Snjezana Rusmir reveals and shows us parallel world of an imaginary nature, in which she walks down the road as a seeker of her own self.  Associative motives of itimate flora and fauna, luxuriate all around her and in a moment  she moves to childhood, full of nostalgia. Palette is demurely childish, with dominant  relations  of primary and secondary colours. And the, back to the adult female age in which she is searching for an identity, giving her motives the meanings  dictated by subconsciousness. The mechanism of defense given by nature tells “Noli me tangere ”₺ while subconsciousness offers forms of persuasion. She leaves autobiographical recording in all her motives, living multiple mental and spiritual states in her paintings. From apotheosis to a feeling of meaninglessness of life. The images are very musical, alternating  tiny tones of lines, subtle pianissimos and sudden crescendos in major mode scale. She controls that vortex giving in the harmonic value of color and rhythm of the lines. This is very cultural and artistically  educated  painter, who offers her profound intimate world to the viewer, as an aesthetic experience, through which opens the knowledge of one articulated artistic act. Anyone with opend eyes of their soul will be able to see a lot.
